Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • You or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods if you ordered a single item.
  • You or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item if you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MyMaralo, info@mymaralo.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a different type of delivery than our standard shipping method). The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us or to [Return Address] without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
