GTC

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

  1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between MyMaralo and customers via our online store.

  2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded upon the completion of the ordering process and our acceptance of the order. Acceptance is confirmed via email.

  3. Delivery and Shipping
The delivery of goods is carried out carefully by selected logistics partners to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times are non-binding unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

  4. Prices and Payment Terms
All stated prices include the statutory value-added tax. Any shipping costs are explicitly stated during the ordering process. Payment for the goods is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

  5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. Details regarding the right of withdrawal and its execution can be found in our cancellation policy.

  6. Warranty
The warranty is based on statutory provisions. In case of defects in the delivered goods, please contact us so that we can find a quick solution.

  7. Liability
We are fully liable only in cases of intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), but limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

We are not liable for any other damages, particularly indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss.
We are not liable for damages caused by third parties, such as shipping service providers.

We do not assume liability for the proper delivery of goods or their quality and condition.
Statutory liability claims, e.g., under the Product Liability Act, remain unaffected.

  1. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

  2. Final Provisions
If any provision of these GTC is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
